End Of Term Arrangements For 33 And 37 Weeks Occupancy

Vacating Your Room

You will be expected to vacate your room by 9 am on Saturday 8th June 2013.  Your keys should be returned to the Student Accommodation Office which will be open on that day between 9.00am – 4.45 pm.  Keys can be returned before this date.  If you are leaving out of office hours please return your keys to Security in the Darwin Building (open 24 hours).

 
ALL BELONGINGS MUST BE REMOVED FROM YOUR ROOM
(Any items left behind will be disposed of)
 
1. All posters and Blue Tak to be removed - you will be charged for quantities of Blue Tak left on the walls and any subsequent damage to walls.

2. Rubbish should be taken to the kitchens and placed in refuse sacks. There will be a charge levied for excess rubbish left in bedrooms.

3. Furniture to be put back to its proper position. Please remove all items from cupboards. 
KITCHEN/COMMUNAL AREAS
 
Remove all food from fridges and freezers. Any food & utensils left in kitchens will be thrown away. Please remove all items from cupboards. Any items (including electrical goods) left in kitchens will be disposed of.
 

NO RESPONSIBILITY CAN BE ACCEPTED FOR PERSONAL POSSESSIONS LEFT WITHIN THE PRECINCTS OF THE UNIVERSITY.
 
YOU ARE URGED TO INSURE YOUR BELONGINGS
 
If you need to return to the University to stay during the vacation you should make a booking with the Student Accommodation Office.  Any booking should be made at least 7 days in advance of arrival.  Do not arrive without prior notification.  To make a booking please follow the vacation accommodation instructions.
