Can I Smoke in the Halls of Residence?

Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances in any University building.  All smokers are required to go outside to smoke.  Anybody found to be smoking in their rooms will be disciplined under University regulations.

All cigarette waste should be disposed of responsibly and not discarded outside block entrances.
