The selection of administrators to undertake training must be based on a short "Work Plan" submitted by the administrator and which has been endorsed by both sending and receiving institutions. The essential elements of this should be: Aims & objectives of the mobility, activites to be carried out, expected results.

All payments, for both travel and subsistence, will be made on the basis of receipted expenditure and may be subject to audit.
Training report
