Staff Housing
The University has appointed Staffordshire Housing Association to act as its agent in relation to the management of Staff Housing on Campus.
All enquiries from tenants, prospective tenants or purchasers should be addressed to Staffordshire Housing Association.

The Association's daytime weekday telephone number is 01782-744533 and the officer responsible for the Keele properties is Mrs Natalie Beqiri for both Property Lets and Property Sales. The registered office is at 308 London Road, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ST4 5AB. (tel: 01782 744533)
The Association runs a 24 hour manned hotline telephone service with regard to emergency maintenance call out. Its number is 0800 009900. This FREEPHONE number must be dialled in full, stating name, address and that the address is of a Keele University campus residence.
The University's Head of Capital Funding & Space Management, Mr David Firth, will act as the liaison officer between Staffordshire Housing Association and the University.
Staff already in ownership of their campus property would normally be responsible for their own maintenance arrangements but if difficulties arise the Head of Capital Funding & Space Management should be contacted in the first instance.
