  • None Contractual Memberships Available. In other words we don't do direct debit and therefore we won't tie you into a 12 month contract. All our memberships are taken out 'over the counter'. Simply renew your membership after it expires or switch to a different one. Its your choice!
  • Joint Gym & Class Memberships Available. Please view our membership details tab for a link to our current exercise class timetable.

 

Our fitness centre is well equipped with over 57 stations consisting of cardiovascular equipment, resistance equipment and a mid-section training area. Our other functional training areas include a separate free weights room and Kinesis suite. The gym is always supervised by our friendly and approachable staff and is located upstairs in the Sports Centre.

Equipment included in the gym includes treadmills, x-trainers, exercise bikes, rowing ergometers, a stair master, wave machine and interactive Critter X-dream bikes. The Kinesis suite (or movement suite) has 8 stations enabling users to perform exercises through their own natural flowing movement patterns.

How Do I Join?

  • A FREE Induction is compulsory for all new members. This can be booked at the reception desk in the fitness suite or by calling the Sports Centre on 01782 733368.
  • A PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) needs to be completed as part of the induction process. This can be downloaded prior to the induction and brought on the day.
