Fitness Classes

Anyone can take part in our selection of exercise classes whether you are a student, member of staff or a member of the public. Classes are A great way to keep fit in a relaxed non competitive atmosphere, you’re bound to find something to suit you with classes including aerobics, pilates, indoor cycling and many more.

It is recommended that you book your place in our classes as many can become full during term

  • Booking is essential for all classes. Late cancellation within 24 hours or none attendance will result in a charge for the class.
  • Classes may be cancelled at short notice subject to external events.
  • A membership is not required to attend any Fitness Classes.

Fitness Class News:

  • A new Class Timetable has been produced for the academic year starting on Monday 30th September.

 

  • New classes have been included such as Quick Hitt, Booty Barre, Total Body Blast and Boxercise. The old favourites such as Pilates, Yoga and Indoor Cycling remain.
