Cheerleading

We are the Keele University Cheerleaders also known as the Keele Panthers! We were awarded the Most Improved Club of the Year last year by the Athletic Union after only being an official sports club for a year. Our main aim is working towards regional and national competitions at the end of the academic year. However, we also work on flexibility, cheering for other sports teams and holding amazing socials and fundraising events.

As a club we accept and encourage people of all ages, ability, shape, personality and gender to join cheerleading. We train three times a week in the Sports Centre and have regular socials. We will be at the Sports Fair on the 23rd and 24th September and will be holding two taster sessions on the 26th September and 1st October, so come along and give cheerleading a go! There are no try outs, no requirements, and no pressure. The Keele Panthers are a great group of people doing an even greater sport!
