Orkun Özocak, BSc Psychology and Philosophy (2010)

orkan ozocak Studying Philosophy at Keele University was one of the most rewarding intellectual experiences of my life. If university is as much about self-discovery as it is about mastering your chosen fields of study, then studying philosophy at Keele gave me this opportunity and allowed me to study my own choices and I got to develop the ability to present my opinions in a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment at philosophy tutorials.

The facilities that SPIRE provides are great, and the international travel seminars which are organised with funding from the Royal Institute of Philosophy are good learning opportunities. Lecturers are helpful, friendly at supervision, and they are always ready to assist students. Thanks to the philosophy staff, who are both highly experienced and dynamic individuals, I have attained a global perspective as well as a high level of education that is invaluable to me.
