radical manchester group Second and Third Year students from the Politics modules on 'Protest' and 'Power to the People' and Brian Doherty, Liz Carter and Emeritus Professor Rosemary O'Kane visited the Pump House People's History Museum and went on a walking tour of 'radical Manchester' last week.

Despite it being the Ides of March, and visiting the site of the Peterloo Massacre, and Manchester living up to its reputation as rainy city - all went well. Jennifer Linnett, David Smith and Conrad Hughes all won prizes for their imaginative answers to a quiz.
