Helen Parr records a podcast for BBC History magazine

On the 30th anniversary of the Falklands War, Dr Helen Parr, SPIRE, recorded a podcast for BBC History magazine.

In the podcast, Helen talked about her research, a social history of the war. She discussed the impact of the war on people who were involved in fighting in it, the effects on their families and considered the ways in which the war has been commemorated.
