Employment Policy and Equalities
Employment Policy and Equalities brings together a group of researchers specialised in international and national employment and equalities aspects of public policy from disciplines including human resource management, industrial relations, labour market studies and the political economy of work. The interests and current research projects of the group span both private and public sectors, and typically feature high levels of engagement with external institutions – employers, trade unions, and government bodies, aided by a very large Alumni network of practitioners.
