A research team from Keele has completed an evaluation of AgeUK's fit as a fiddle £15.1 million programme. The programme, which spanned the nine English regions, consisted of a portfolio of activities that increased the opportunities for older people to undertake physical activities and improve their eating habits, with the aim of improving both physical and mental health.

Thirty years on from the discovery of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), a Keele University-led study reveals that people living with HIV in later life feel they face an uncertain future. For many, the longer they live with the virus, the more they feel the quality of life to be compromised.
