I am a graduate teaching assistant at Keele Management School and I currently study for a PhD in Industrial Relations and HRM.

Since leaving Liverpool University I worked for the Civil Service and for the Local Government. My last job before joining Keele was at the Youth Offending Service and this experience motivated my current PhD research.

My research provides analysis of work and policy in the Youth Offending Service.

I currently teach on undergraduate modules: Britain and The Global Economy, Workforce Planning, Pay and Performance, and Foundations of HRM.
