Research Institute for Social Sciences

Tamara joined KU in 2012 as PhD student at Social Policy research institute. She studied her MA and BSc in Public Administration at Yarmouk University/ Jordan.

She had more than 11 years of working experience in Jordan at Private sector, NGO’s and Public sector. Main themes of here experience are:

1. Project management and coordination with national and international organizations  such as USAID and JICA
2. Senior HR specialist at one of leading Jordanian government ministry
3. University lecturer at public administration department/ faculty of economic and administrative science at Yarmouk University
4. Work as Institutional development consultant and trainer

The research project theme will focus on investigating the consultant role at Jordanian ministries.
