I joined Keele in 2009 as a PhD student under the supervision of Dr Nick Bentley, where my research examines globalization, discourses of inter-connectivity and narrative migrancy in the later novels of Salman Rushdie.

I am also especially interested in the relationship between economic imperialism, neo-liberalism and discourses of postcolonialism.

I am currently teaching on the 'Reading Literature' module for Principal Students of English
