Clockhouse compositions in prestigious Manhatten concert
Diego Garro has returned from New York where he presented an entire curated concert of Audiovisual Digital Compositions created in the Clockhouse studios by Music Technology staff and students.
The concert, which was part of the prestigious New York City Electroacoustic Music Festival 2013, took place in the Segal Concert Hall of the Graduate Center of the CUNY (City University of New York), an imposing, classical architecture building in central Manhattan, in the bustling 5th Avenue, next to the Empire State Building.
It was well received by the festival audience, which included members of the public as well as world-leading practitioners of the field.
This showcase event was made possible thanks to the support of the Keele's Research Institute for the Humanities.
