For 7/13 submission of information for the appeal It is the student's responsibility to ensure that any such information is submitted to the Director of Academic Services in good time, which normally means seven working days prior to the date of the hearing.


For 7/20 reimbursement of expenses Students are required to submit claims in writing to the Director of Academic Services and must enclose all relevant receipts.
