The Culture Trip has named Keele University one of the most beautiful campuses in the UK.

Alongside Cambridge, York, Oxford and Nottingham, Keele’s campus has been included thanks to its self-contained idyllic setting.

Nestled in 600 acres of countryside in the heart of the UK, many of Keele’s students and a number of staff live, as well as study and work, on campus. It’s a big campus but a small and cosmopolitan community.

Keele ranked highly thanks to its provision for ‘all aspects of student life.’ Patricia Whitehorne from The Culture Trip writes:

“All aspects of student life, from teaching and accommodation to shops, leisure and healthcare, are all provided within the 600 acres, making Keele the archetypal university campus. Some staff also live on campus, so there is a distinct vibrant and cosmopolitan university community.”

Founded more than 60 years ago to meet the demands of a new kind of society, economy and world, Keele University operates on a human scale, providing people with the space to think and plenty to do, with a vast array of clubs, societies, activities and volunteering opportunities.
