Pre-arrival Information
CAS Number (Confirmation Acceptance for Studies)
If you are accepted for a 12-week or 6-week Pre-sessional Academic English language course at Keele, and you have no other academic conditions, then we can make you an unconditional offer for the Keele degree course. This means we can provide you with a single `CAS number` (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies), which you will need when you apply for your student visa. You can apply for your visa early and you only need to apply once.

'Meet and Greet' Airport Collection Service
Keele University offers an Airport Collection Service for students enrolled onto the 12-week and 6-week Pre-sessional Academic English courses and are arriving in the UK for the first time. International Orientation Assistants will meet you at the airport, welcome you to the UK, help you to get to our transport, and will then travel with you on the coach to the campus. This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and get to know the people around you. When you arrive at the campus the Assistants will show you to the Accommodation Key Collection Area where you will be able to get the key to your room.
If you require this service, a 'Meet and Greet' Airport Collection request form will be emailed to you asking for further information.
