School of Pharmacy

I joined the School of Pharmacy in November 2008 on a part-time basis. I facilitate hospital practice placements at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire and assist in the delivery of therapeutics and practice teaching. I have a wide breadth of working experience within the hospital sector. I was a hospital pharmacy technician prior to qualifying as a pharmacist. After I qualified as a pharmacist, I continued to work within the hospital sector. My specialistroles as a hospital pharmacist have included the co-ordination of medical guideline publishing, respiratory medicine and education and training.
