I joined the School (formerly Pharmacy Policy and Practice) in 1993, as secretary to Professor Stephen Chapman. After a period of maternity leave, I returned to work for postgraduate education and am now responsible for the administrative support to the School’s postgraduate programmes: my key areas of responsibility are the Prescribing Studies programme and the Pharmacists’ Independent Prescribing course. I also provide administrative support for the pharmacy Pre-registration programme seminars, and have organizational and administrative responsibility for the recruitment process of Pre-registration pharmacists in the West Midlands region. I have been involved in the many changes in postgraduate education over the years and I have a wealth of knowledge of the programmes that are now offered, enabling me to provide a high level of support to students and staff alike.
