I have a regular involvement with the Keele Active Virtual Environment (KAVE) supporting open day, visit day and interview day presentations and teaching sessions from the various schools in the University who use the facility.  I also facilitate the bookings and maintenance of the system.

Part of my role involves procuring IT equipment and I have become proficient in the use of the University’s e-Procurement system.

I am now also responsible for the administration of the school’s timetable system – CELCAT,  the purchasing, configuration and renewal of domain names, database, server and virtual server administration.

On a day to day basis I work on projects and I man the school’s help desk, providing support for our Undergraduate and Postgraduate students and our staff.
