I joined the department in 2006. My first degree is in Business Administration and Biological and Medicinal Chemistry. I then completed a PhD in organic chemistry investigating the synthesis of novel nucleoside analogues aimed at preventing a variety of diseases. I now fulfil the role of Admissions Tutor and also provide teaching support in Chemistry and Mathematics on the MPharm and Health Foundation Year programmes.
