If you wish to register on a Certificate/Diploma/MSc programme of study from the outset:
Click here to access the electronic application form and the Equal Opportunities Form. Download and save the electronic application form and Equal Opportunities Form to your hard disk. Complete the form fields and save the completed forms. E-mail your completed forms to one of the Postgraduate Programmes Co-ordinators as follows:

The attached Support Declaration form must also be completed as part of the application process for the Prescribing Studies Certificate and Diploma Course. Support Declaration Form
Your application should normally reach the University by mid-July for the Community Pharmacy and Prescribing Studies programmes, and end of September for the Clinical Pharmacy programme.
You should also ensure that you have posted the additional documentation requested, copies of your degree certificate, and one letter of reference directly to the Postgraduate Programmes Co-ordinator in the Department of Medicines Management.
For the Advanced Professional Practice programme, please contact Dr Lizzie Mills in the first instance to be advised about the application process..
