I gained my qualification as a Midwife at Lothian College of Health Studies in 1996, and my qualification as an Adult Nurse from Napier University in 2000.

Before I commenced my post at the Arthritis Research UK Primary Care Centre as a Research Nurse I was working on the In-Patient Ward at the Nuffield Hospital in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

I am a registered member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

I work in the Arthritis Research UK Primary Care Centre within the Research Institute for Primary Care and Health Sciences.  My duties include helping with the day to day running of randomised controlled trials, consenting patients into trials, liaising with clinicians from various backgrounds and also the collection of research data.
