I came to Keele in 1994 working in an academic department, providing all aspects of administrative support.  Following a short period away from administrative work, I came back to Keele in 1998 and took up the post of Administrator within the Centre.  Over the years as the Centre has grown, I too have developed and in 2004 took the role of Operations Manager.  I am now responsible for managing the Admin Team and all admin support functions, the I.T team and the necessary I.T. provisions and Facilities Management for the Centre. 

Further to obtaining various RSA and NVQ qualifications, during my working career I have completed a Diploma in Administrative Management, a HNC in Business Information Technology.  In 2011 I enrolled on an ILM ‘Leading Professionals’ Leadership and Management course.
