Musculoskeletal Matters Bulletins

These bulletins are being produced through collaboration of the Arthritis Research UK Primary Care Centre, Keele University, and the Arthritis Research UK (http://www.arthritisresearchuk.org/).

They are designed to provide information for general practitioners, the primary care team, teachers, trainers and policy makers about musculoskeletal problems in practice.

Bulletins focus on different aspects of musculoskeletal problems seen in primary care.

Data sources for the bulletins include:

  • The Consultations in Primary Care Archive (CiPCA); a high quality general practice consultation database containing consultation information from 14 practices from the Keele GP Research Partnership
  • Epidemiological studies, including prospective cohort studies, and trials from the Keele Research Centre
  • External research studies
