Student Discipline
Every student of the University is required at all times to be of good behaviour and to observe all Ordinances, Regulations, procedures and rules affecting him or her, which may be applied from time to time by the University. Grievances against a decision of the University Academic Appeals Committee
Students who have submitted an appeal to the University Academic Appeals Committee under Regulation 7 and are dissatisfied with the outcome may submit a grievance to the University Council (Ordinance XXVIII). For further information on how to submit a grievance of this type, click here.
Grievances against a decision of the Fitness to Practise Appeals Committee
Students who have been brought before the Fitness to Practise Committee and subsequently appealed the decision to the Fitness to Practise Appeals Committee under Regulation 18 and are dissatisfied with the outcome may submit a grievance to the University Council (Ordinance XXVIII). Grievances against a decision of the Academic Misconduct Appeals Panel
Students who submitted an appeal to the Academic Misconduct Appeals Panel under Regulation 8 and are dissatisfied with the outcome may submit an appeal to the University Council (Ordinance XXVIII). For further information on how to submit an appeal of this type, click here.
Grievances against the outcome of a complaint submitted under Regulation 26
Students who have submitted a complaint under Regulation 26 that has been dealt with by the Pro Vice-Chancellor but are not satisfied with the outcome may submit a grievance to the University Council (Ordinance XXVIII). For further information on how to submit a grievance of this type, click here.
