Ordinance XVIII - Joint Committees
1. Joint Committees of the Council and the Senate under section 32.3 of the Statutes shall be constituted by a resolution of the Council and a resolution of the Senate and shall consist as to one half of members nominated by Council and as to one half of members nominated by the Senate. Such Committees shall report to both Council and the Senate.
