  Hear the new poet laureate 16 March 2010 6.30pm Westminster Theatre, Chancellor's Building A welcome performance by the UK's first female poet laureate.   Three Counties Open Photography 19 February 2010 - 24 March 2010 10am - 8pm weekdays, 10am - 3.30pm weekends Art Gallery, Chancellor's Building Annual photographic competition featuring work by amateur photographers from Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire. Sponsored by Stoke City Council and Hulme Upright Manning. 03_KeelePG_0021-HR   Medical Careers Day at Keele 09 February 2010 The School of Medicine at Keele University, in association with the Royal Society of Medicine, will be hosting a Medicine Careers Day on 17th March, 2010, for young people, aged 15 and 16, who want to find out more about becoming a doctor.
