Code of Practice:
In order to gain access to practice rooms, performing spaces, music studios we need to agree on what you can and what you cannot do with these. Read carefully the Code Of Practice. Print the last page, sign it and hand it in to whoever issues you with the keys or with authorisation to use the facilities. Remember: no signed agreement - no access! Read more ...
Electronic Key Fob
The electronic key fob allows you to enter the main door of the Clockhouse outside office hours. Furthermore, it gives you access to the studio areas and practice rooms for which you are authorised (basically, the areas you need to use for your Music or Music Technology coursework). In order to obtain a keyfob you need to:
- Download and read the Studios and Facilities Code of Practice . This document is very important because it tells you what you CAN and what you CANNOT do with the Music / Music Technology facilities.
- Print and sign the ‘Agreement Form’ at the end of the Code of Practice.
- Hand in the signed ‘Agreement Form’ to the Office in the Clockhouse (see map). Remember, NO SIGNED AGREEMENT, NO KEYFOB!
- We will then contact you via e-mail once your key fob is ready for you to collect.
- Please make sure that you bring in £5 deposit when you collect your fob. You will get the money back when you return the key
