EDU-30073: Education, Work and Identity

To introduce the students to the changing relationships between work and education and the implications for individuals and society.
To explore the wider social and historical connections between policies, socio-economic change and education and work.
To analyse the links between education, employment and the various social constructions of self identity.
To examine the ways in which identities are in part constructed and informed by wider social and economic factors.
