Description This module will explore the way in which law, ethics and policy interrelate in the area of health care practice. It builds on earlier understanding acquired in diverse areas of law, including Criminal and Tort law. The course will seek to develop analytical understanding of health care law and encourage critical perspectives on the substantive areas covered. The module is particularly attractive to those with an interest in the interaction between ethics and law and the governance of the medical profession. |
