LAW-10026: Public Law 2 - Administrative Law

To provide a general introduction to administrative law, with particular reference to judicial review, and to provide essential skills in the analysis of doctrinal law.

the relationship between constitutional and administrative law
the impact of 'New Public Management' in administrative law

Description of Module Assessment

01: 2 Hour Unseen Exam weighted 100%

A two hour, unseen written exam.
A two hour unseen paper consisting of two parts. Part A will require students to answer one question from a choice of three. Part B is a problem scenario on which multiple short questions will be set.
