The Job Shop, based in the top floor of the Students’ Union is the place to go for part time and vacation work both locally, nationally and abroad.

Work may be important to you for earning money but it is also important to future employers. It shows you have an understanding of the functioning of the workplace, can make a commitment to an employer and also gives you the opportunity to develop skills outside your academic curriculum.

As well as providing vacancies, The Job Shop Coordinator has the information you need on applications and employment legislation to assist you through the process.

A Job Fair is held once a year, typically in September, to give you the chance to meet local recruiters.
