Learning and Professional Development Centre

I joined Keele and the Learning and Professional Development Centre in 2011. I had previously been working at the Higher Education Academy after more than fifteen years working in Universities in England and Ireland in both academic, management and academic development roles. My areas of interest include: partnership working, Scholarship of Learning and Teaching, research supervision and the professional development of all staff.

I am currently on the Executive of the Staff and Educational Development Association as I am Chair of their Publications Committee. I also sit on the International Advisory Board of the National Academy for the Integration of Research, Teaching and Learning in Ireland and on the Editorial Board for the International Journal for the Scholarship of Learning and Teaching.
