Our Evaluation
We evaluate all of our programmes as part of our quality assurance process. The feedback that we get is of great value to us, as we use it to
- Reassess effectiveness
- Make changes in existing programmes
- Develop new programmes and approaches
- Determine what is being used in the workplace
- Inform the development of presenters
- Write and review evaluation reports.
When participants complete evaluation forms, they are encouraged to identify how they intend to make use of the new skills and/or knowledge. Professional Development Toolkit is also made available for staff to use in support of their own development. We also undertake random follow-ups with the line managers of participants.
