Learning & Teaching
Staff in the Learning and Professional Development Centre co-ordinate and deliver central learning and teaching enhancement activities through out the year. Current activities include:
- an annual series of workshops and training events for postgraduates that teach and for staff;
- research supervisor training in part fulfilment of Supervisor status;
- accredited provision, delivered in collaboration with the Faculties and the School of Public Policy and Professional Practice, leading to Fellowship and Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy;
- the summer Annual Teaching Symposium.
The Centre also co-ordinates the University's annual funding call for Teaching Innovation Projects and the Keele Awards for Excellence in Learning and Teaching.
