Using the Journals (IDTs) Recharging System

Length of programme: 1 hour

The aims of the workshop are to:

Demonstrate and provide training on how to use the system.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of the workshop you will be able to:

  • Raise charges or make payments to schools / directorates
  • Know how to move money between your own accounts
  • Know how to input / amend / approve / delete / list journals

Participants:

Members of staff in Schools, Research Institutes and Directorates with financial responsibility to raise recharges to other sections of the University and to authorise computerised recharges raised to their section. The workshop will consist of demonstrations and practical sessions.

In order to participate in the practical sessions please remember to bring along your Oracle/Finance System User Name and Password.
