Length of Programme: 2 hours
About the Workshop:
The session is highly interactive and is designed to brief Managers on the mechanics of the new scheme and to provide advice on conducting the review meeting and the importance of follow up.
Key to the workshop is an exploration of day-to-day performance (line) management routines as a basis for providing support and direction to staff.
Anyone who undertakes SPRE must attend this session before carrying out a review meeting.
