About the workshop:
This briefing session provides staff with an insight in to the purpose and philosophy underpinning the new scheme i.e. that it is a vehicle for providing support, development, direction and recognition.
The session provides advice on preparing for the SPRE meeting, and getting the most out of the meeting itself.
