Introduction to Personal Tutoring
Length of Programme: 2 hours
About the workshop:
Personal tutoring makes an important contribution to the overall experience of individual students, providing a consistent point of contact concerned with the student's overall development. This session will explore: the role of the personal tutor at Keele; recent changes in the code of practice; evidence-based perspectives on personal tutoring; and resources and sources of support available to personal tutors and their tutees.
Participants:
Open to all members of staff in a personal tutoring role.
