Background
The pace of change continues to increase within Higher Education and Institutions need to continually adapt to an ever changing external environment. Keele, like many other Universities continues to review, adapt and lead on improving and adapting services to meet the changing needs of both internal and external customers.
Being able to manage your own stress and that of your team within an uncertain and changing environment is an increasingly important skill for managers to acquire and develop.
About this workshop
This workshop will provide managers with the tools and techniques to manage within uncertain times and offer positive strategies to help their staff adapt to the pressures of new working situations and identify ways for minimising the effects of stress that staff may experience as a result of change at work.
