Making the KLE Work for You
Length of programme: 2 hours
About this workshop
A two hour workshop which will focus on getting the best from some of the new and exciting features in our KLE. This will include wikis and mash ups, we will look at how to find and tweak settings within the KLE's suite of tools.
Throughout the session you will be encouraged to reflect on the best ways to integrate elements of the KLE into your teaching programmes. This course is suitable for both academic and support staff.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the workshop you will be able to:
- Have a working knowledge of the Blackboard vocabulary.
- Access and add the new Wiki and Mash up features (e.g. YouTube, Slideshare, Flicker).
- Be able to identify and embed KLE features within teaching programmes.
Participants:
All KLE users involved in teaching and supporting student learning.
