IT Services - Safe Computing
Length of programme: 1.5 hours
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the difference between pool drives, office drive and personal file storage.
- Know what different types of email accounts are available and how they can be used.
- Raise awareness of the legal implications of using IT Systems.
- Have an overview of what services and software are supported.
- Know the importance of safe computing, updating your operating system and antivirus software.
- What to do and who to contact should you have an IT problem.
Participants:
Open to all members of staff and in particular those involved in the Keele Knowledge Programme who are required to complete two open sessions within their first two years of employment at Keele.
