Introduction to the Financial Enquiry System
Length of programme: 1.5 hours
About the Workshop:
The aims of the workshop are to:
Demonstrate the financial enquiry screens and reports available to Schools, Research Institutes and Directorates. The course will consist of primarily practical sessions.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of the workshop you will:
- View and print reports on departmental accounts.
- View and print budgets and budget balances.
- View and print research grant details and balances.
- View details of supplier invoice payments.
Participants:
Any staff needing to access departmental financial information. You must already have access to the administrative computer and be able to log onto it. In order to participate in the practical sessions please remember to bring along your Oracle/Finance System User Name and Password.
