Health and Safety Risk Assessment
Length of programme: 2.5 hours
About the workshop
Keele University is required to carry out risk assessments in respect of all significant workplace hazards. This course focuses on general health and safety matters encountered by Keele employees. By undertaking the course compliance with the law and University health and safety policies will be better understood. The participant will gain a greater understanding of health and safety issues and be able to conduct risk assessments efficiently.
Learning Objectives:
- To improve hazard identification and risk assessment skills
- To enable you to evaluate risks, recognise general hazards, identify control measures and document your findings.
- Increased health and safety awareness
