Length of programme: 3 hours

About the workshop:

In this workshop you will explore ways in which you can help staff develop their skills and abilities on a day to day basis.  The focus is on developing an approach that becomes part of the way you work with others, and uses their work activities as a learning vehicle.  The session begins with understanding the coaching process (GROW) and the techniques and skills for setting up “the right conversation”.
