About the workshop
Effective communication with others is essential for a successful and productive working environment.
This full-day course will enable you to assess your communication style and recognise your personal strengths.
You will identify how to use your strengths to best effect to develop your range of interpersonal skills which you can use to promote effective working relationships with others.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the workshop you will:
- Have identified and practiced 3 key aspects of effective communication
- Know how to create effective working relationships with people at all levels
- Know how to build rapport with others by using emotional intelligence to improve your communication skills
- Know which 6 key elements will help you to influence others

Open to all members of staff with little or no previous experience of care training.
