Customer Service Certificate Level 2 and Diploma Level 3
Length of Programme: Up to 1 year supported study
About the Programme:
The qualification is delivered by a course tutor from PM Training who regularly visits the candidate in the workplace (by appointment) to support and assess progress. Candidates' line managers are also expected to support their candidate during the study period. There is no college attendance required.
Commencement must begin before January 2013 and the qualification must be completed within 12 months of the commencement date.
Participants:
This offer is part of a government-funded scheme and is free to eligible candidates. Previously the scheme has been restricted to individuals between 19 and 24. There is no age restriction on this scheme in 2012/13 however staff that already hold a qualification at degree level (or higher) are not eligible to participate.
